GOAL-BASED HYPNOSIS

Goal-Based Hypnosis is a form of hypnosis focused on helping individuals achieve specific objectives or outcomes. Goals can pertain to behavior change, personal development, or overcoming challenges. This hypnotic technique will influence the subconscious mind to support the individual in reaching their desired outcomes.

​Our subconscious limiting beliefs are holding us back from achieving our goals. Most of us are not aware of the patterns that we have accumulated over the years. When we are children, especially before the age of seven, our minds are like sponges and we form core beliefs from our societal and cultural influences.

These beliefs are held in our subconscious mind and through the practice of hypnosis we can adapt these beliefs and manifest the life we envision. Goal Based Hypnosis can be used for the following ailments:

*Goal-Based Hypnosis sessions are best if done in a series of 5 sessions (at least 2 weeks apart)

Cost: Sessions are $200 with a 50% deposit ($100) required at booking. The rest of the payment is due before the session and an invoice for the balance is sent to you a week before your session. Follow up sessions are $100 each.
